Meet the Baker

Hi, I’m Ashlee and I am the founder and baker of Novalee Cakes! Born and raised in Idaho, I have been baking in the kitchen with my mom since I was little but didn’t seriously decorate my first cake until I was 17. Now, 10+ years later, decorating cakes is one of my passions, which is why I turned my hobby into a business! When I’m not baking, you can find me reading, lounging around with my two dogs, or hanging out with family and friends.
